When integrated, the management portal is adapted to your graphics, your colors patterns and your logo.
Different themes are available so that the portal better fits with your colors. You can adjust elements of these themes by yourself.
For all menus, you can select a list of available icons, or decide to use your own ones through easy download.
Of course all your data will be integrated. Your lists of employees, customers and contacts are placed in your database so you can work immediately on your portal.

You can select the applications you want to use from the list of all Atemis cloud applications. The use of additional modules is free. Your management portal will evolve as you wish, depending on your needs and your business.

The Atemis management portal allows you to customize all the menus by group or by user, not only in terms of rights and accessibility, but also in terms of titles.

|
Customizing your management portal allows you to manage the page tabs at the level of access and titles for each group or user.
Moreover, this solution lets you create additional tabs and fill them with with the content taken from applications and features integrated into your portal, or from customized pages or reports you have created.

You can also customize the right click on the menus on every page of your applications. You are free to choose the titles and give access rights to a group or a user.

| Your analyses and reports |
|
The latest version of the portal allows to create new pages using the tabs that you want. It is you who defined the content of the tabs, like lists, graphs or gauges, from more than 71 items.
You create the content yourself using a query builder that allows you to access all tables and data in your database. You can choose to display, for example :
- all details comcerning the clients who have received a newsletter over the previous 6 months but have not yet been contacted by telephone.
- the number of advertisements broadcast in the given year by month and or by brand
-information on the average sales carried out by a given team from a direct sales department, in the previous 3 months.

| Your pages and forms |
|
Through customization of pages and forms, you can create additional fields for all entities of your applications (Companies, contacts, individuals, employees, projects, contracts ,....).
This functionality has been developed so that you can customize your portal with complete autonomy and so that you can enter the data necessary for your business in the forms yourself.
The available fields are text types, lists, which can be numeric or alphanumeric, with single or multiple choice. You can select the display order in the form and use the entered data for any segmentation, report or analysis.
